Plant network[01]

Built to move from material to finished pack.

Each order starts with a defined food use, pack format and material. The production route is then matched to the product.

Clear PET formats move through sheet and thermoforming. PP containers and closures are injection moulded. Printed IML packs combine moulding and decoration in one step.

Production routes[03]

Material in.
Finished pack out.

Three core processes shape the Paras range. Each route is chosen for the product, material and finish the buyer needs.

01 / PET route

Thermoforming

APET or RPET sheet is heated and formed into the selected mould. The line then produces the working shape for clear punnets, trays and hinge packs.

02 / PP route

Injection moulding

Food-grade PP resin is formed under controlled heat and pressure. The mould creates repeatable containers, cups and closures for the selected format.
