We started small in 1998 with just two products in Northern India. Today, Paras Pack (a subsidiary of Paras Polymers) is a recognized IML Container Manufacturer with a portfolio of over 250 packaging solutions distributed nationwide. We operate seven manufacturing units with a capacity of over 21,500 MTA, which sets the standard for IML container Manufacture in India. We don’t just mold plastic; we engineer packaging containers that work for the biggest food, dairy, and FMCG brands in the country.

Our IML Process

In-Mold Labeling (IML) isn’t just sticking a sticker on a tub; the label actually becomes the container. We place a pre-printed polypropylene label directly into the mold before the plastic is injected. When the hot plastic fills the mold, it fuses with the label instantly, which creates a single and solid unit of injection-molded containers.
The result is seamless IML containers where the label is a part of the container wall. It won’t peel off, it won’t bubble, and it doesn’t need any glue. The product comes out of the machine finished, hygienic, and ready to be filled.

Injection Molding

Our factory is set up to handle large production runs without slowing down. We run over 30 injection molding machines that can handle heavy loads up to 800 tons. We also use more than 38 high-quality molds from trusted brands like JSW. This means we can produce thousands of identical containers and deliver them to you on time.

In House Label Printing

We do not rely on outside suppliers to finish your product. We have our own in-house design team that works with you to get the label just right. We print and fuse the high-quality images onto the containers right here in our factory. This saves you time because you don’t have to wait for parts to arrive from somewhere else, and it gives you full control over how your final package looks.

What is “In-Mould Labeling” (IML)?

IML is when we put the label in the mould before we pour the plastic. The hots plastic melts into the abel and they become one piece. This makes a container where the label is a part of the wall and not just a sticker on the top.

Can I Put Hot Food in These Containers?

Yes, our IMl containers are made from tough polypropylene (PP). This plastic can deal with hot food filling without melting or warping. It is also safe to use in the microwave which is loved by the customers.

Are These Packaging Containers Easy to Recycle?

Yes, they are completely recyclable. Since the label and container is made from the same kind of plastic, you don’t have to peel anything. You can simply toss the whole package into the recycling bin.

Can You Make Custom Shapes?

Yes, we can also build custom molds. If you want a different shape for your brand whether it is just for branding or to stand out, our team can design it for you.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity for IML?

The minimum order depends on the shape and size of the container that you want for your brand. Since IML requires a whole set up with labels in the machine, we do it mostly for medium to large sized orders. You can ask our sales team for the number of containers that you can order at minimum.
